Our services begin with a self-service sign up process that includes a FREE Credit Assessment, a $1 Credit Report and a FREE Credit Audit. Our FREE Consultation includes a brief questionnaire to help us understand how we can best serve each client's needs and also clarify financial goals, concerns and expectations. Prior to starting credit repair and financial coaching, each client will sign an agreement that governs the services provided. The agreement can be reviewed in the client portal both before and after signing. A copy can also be requested as needed.

Prior to starting credit repair and financial coaching, each client will sign an agreement that governs the services provided. The services that we provide may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Recommending a credit monitoring service based on the client's financial goals
- Preparation of a credit audit report to determine the best strategy for credit repair
- Document processing for enrollment with our company
- Credit repair, financial coaching and monthly status updates
- Other services related to credit repair and financial coaching
We will review your current credit reports as listed with the major credit reporting agencies and work with you to identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information. You will choose which inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete items you would like to dispute. We will also advise you on the steps that will be taken during the dispute process with the credit bureaus, credit furnishers and other third parties.
- We will prepare all necessary correspondence in dispute of the inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information in your credit reports
- Credit repair, financial coaching and monthly status updates are conducted by personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, Email, or by any other form of communication during normal business hours
Fees for services performed
- In return for our services, you agree to pay monthly fees for the plan that corresponds to your enrollment status as outlined in your client agreement
Right to cancel
- After self-service sign-up has been completed, you have the right to cancel your client agreement for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed up. A written notification is required per your client agreement.
- If you continue with the enrollment process, you also have the right to cancel at anytime with 5 days advance notice. A written notification is required per your client agreement.
