Credit monitoring companies provide the data from all 3 credit bureaus for the initial Credit Audit & Analysis Report. After the credit repair process has been started, they also provide updated credit reports and scores on a monthly basis. Daily and monthly alerts notify consumers when there are changes to their credit reports. Any unauthorized activity can be reported and investigated as quickly as possible.

- Provide your user name, password, phone number and security word for credit monitoring, then select Update
- Select your digital signature, then select Update (this will be used on all of the disputes that we submit to the credit bureaus and credit furnishers on your behalf
#5 Limited Power of Attorney and Dispute Letters
After completing your enrollment, we will provide you with a Limited Power of Attorney to notarize and return to our office. After this document has been received, we will start corresponding with the credit bureaus and other third parties on your behalf. When we send the "first round" of dispute letters to the credit bureaus and the credit furnishers, this is referred to as "first work" documents.
- It is recommended to only include 3-5 disputes at a time so that they can be properly investigated
- The first disputes will also include your identification, proof of address and social security card (these documents were uploaded during enrollment)
- The credit bureaus and credit furnishers will start their investigations upon receipt of each dispute
- After receiving replies for the first round of letters, we will continue sending letters until replies have been received for all of your disputes
#6 Weekly Or Monthly Billing to Fit Your Budget
After the first round of letters have been sent, you will receive our first weekly or monthly invoice
- Your first payment is due every 7 days after enrollment for the weekly plan or within 30 days after enrollment for the monthly plan
- Subsequent payments will be due on the same day each week or each month until your credit repair process has been completed
- The time period for completing our work is usually 6-12 months, depending on the number of negative items that are included on the Credit Audit & Analysis Report

#8 Replies From The Credit Bureaus Within 30-45 Days
The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires credit bureaus and credit furnishers to investigate disputes and mail replies within 30 days after receipt. This timeframe is extended to 45 days if additional information is provided during the first 30 days.
All replies will be sent to our business address so that we can monitor the progress of each account that has been disputed. Every month we will also download your credit monitoring report to check the current status, confirm that the deletions and updates are reflected, and then move forward again until all disputes have been submitted.

#9 Financial Coaching To Maintain Higher Credit Scores Going Forward
Throughout your credit repair process, we will share tips and strategies to help you successfully implement good financial habits. You will have the knowledge to maintain a good credit record after our work has been completed.
REPEAT OUR PROVEN PROCESS
The credit repair process usually takes 6-12 months, depending on the number of negative items that are included on the Credit Audit & Analysis Report. We will continue sending letters on your behalf until all of your negative items have been disputed. Any items that are not verified by the credit furnishers within 30-45 days may be successfully removed. Any items that are verified, and are also being reported correctly, will be removed after the allowable time period (click here for Credit Facts).
